Lesley and David bought Crytsal Lodge in November 2004 and immediately started a programme of refurbishment. Our first goal was to gain VisitBritain accreditation and we achieved 2 - 3 Stars in May 2005. This accreditation demands ever higher quality standards and we are one of only a very small number of Self Catering establishments in Blackpool to have a National Quality recognition, an achievement of which we are very proud.

Our main objective is continuously to improve the standard of accommodation for our guests, always trying to exceed your expectations. We have already made great changes many of which are based on the input and comments we receive fom our guests. We ask all our guests to complete questionnaires in order to assist us to correct deficiencies and to plan future improvements.
