South Beach

Angie and Sammy welcome you to the South Beach Hotel, a Blackpol family hotel run, and fully licenced in one of the best locations Blackpool has to offer. This hotel is situated on the South Promenade, adjacent to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterworld with the South Shore shops, markets, bars and eateries close by. We are on the (Golden Mile) so you can board a tram right outside the hotel to view the 5 miles of the lights, or simply relax in our sun lounge and admire the spectacle.

The South Beach has been completely refurbished over the last 12 months and now has 29 fully en suite bedrooms, many with sea views. We have 18 car parking spaces in front of the hotel, with sufficient space to accommodate a 53 seater coach off road.

The quality of the amenities provided by the South Beach, and the service we provide, is recognised with our accreditation VsitBritain 3 Star Guest Accommodation.

All our bedrooms have spacious en suites with double glazing, central heating, complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee tray, shaver points and colour TV. All rooms are kept spotlessly clean with crisp fresh bedding. The South Beach has 7 family rooms, 10 doubles, 7 twins and 3 singles. Our ground floor suite sleeps up to 8 people. Some bedrooms are designated non-smoking.

We welcome families with children of all ages (cots are provided), couples, senior citizens, conference delegates and the business traveller. Coach parties and mixed groups up to 70 are also welcome, by advance reservation. We will also accept one night bookings subject to availability.

Meals are served in our modern and spacious dining room. Menus are changed daily, with vegetarian and special diets catered for with advance notice.

The sun lounge overlooks the Irish Sea with views across the bay to Anglesey or you can take advantage of our well stocked bar/lounge with its pool table, gaming machines and large screen TV.

Special rates for children, senior citizens and groups. We are open throughout year, except for Christmas, so see in the New Year with our all-inclusive package deal.
