We have 4 parking spaces on our forecourt. Unrestricted parking is available in nearby roads.

We are far enough from Blackpool town centre to ensure peace and quiet, yet we are within walking distance of the Tower, theatres and all the town centre attractions. There is a tram stop right outside the Glenwalden for a ride along the promenade to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle, the Golden Mile or to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Several golf courses are nearby and it is only a short drive to Blackpool zoo and Dinosaur Safari Park.

All our 10 bedrooms have spacious en-suites. Most have glorious sea views and all have double glazing, controllable central heating, colour TV, bedside lights and hospitality trays. We have 4 family, 5 double and 1 twin room.

Our luxurious licensed non-smoking dining room has separate tables for each bedroom and we offer a choice of menu for breakfast and evening meal. A full English breakfast is cooked to order, with a choice of cereals and fruit juice. You can select from a wide range of wines and bottled beers and lagers to enjoy with your evening meal. Childrens menus are also available.

A major feature of our hotel is the 24 feet sun lounge, with its outside balcony, which you can enjoy at any time of the day and evening. There is no better place to watch the sunset over the Irish Sea or soak up the atmosphere of the illuminations,

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples, senior citizens, conference delegates and business travellers. Mixed groups up to 8 and single sex parties up to 8 female and 4 males are accepted by advance registration only. I night bookings are accepted subject to availability.

The Glenwalden is open all year, including the New Year festivities. All major credit cards are accepted.
