Teresa welcomes you to the Berkswell Hotel, a VisitBritain 3 Star Guest Accommodation accredited Blackpool family hotel, located 100 metres from the South Shore promenade close to the South Pier, the famous Pleasure Beach Sandcastle and Grosvenor Casino.

Our 10 bedrooms are fully en suite, comprising 2 single, 1 twin, 6 double and our very popular family. All have showers, radio alarms, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and ironing facilities. All rooms have central heating and double glazing.

We provide a superb full english breakfast that is cooked to order. Evening meals are prepared using fresh, locally grown produce, with a choice of menu. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for.

We invite you to join us in our cozy bar lounge where we offer a range of beers, spirits wines and soft drinks. You can relax in front of the television or listen to soft music and we have a selection of games to keep the children amused for hours.

All of Blackpools amenities are either a short walk or tram ride away. The Tower with its circus and ballroom, the Winter Gardens, the Central and North Piers and the shopping centre, plus the live shows, pubs, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to suit all ages. The Lake District and the Pennines are less than one hours drive away.
