Blackpools Wimbourne Hotel

Barry and Ena welcome you to Blackpools Wimbourne Hotel, a small family run licenced hotel, located 2 minutes walk from the New South Promenade. The quality of our hotel is recognised with accreditation to the Blackpool Quality Plus award.

We have 7 bedrooms, 5 are en suite and all have double glazing and central heating. We have 1 single, 2 double (both en suite) and 4 family rooms (3 en suite). All bedrooms have colour TV and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. For those families with teenage children we have two adjoining rooms that sleep 5.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples and senior citizens. We will also accept bookings for parties (up to 22). We will also take one night bookings, except for week-ends in the illuminations.

Credit cards are accepted on all reservations. Our hearty English breakfast is served in our very pleasant dining room. Our bar has the atmosphere of a country inn and many of our guests enjoy a friendly banter over a pint or two of their favourite tipple.

The Waterloo Road market is only two minutes away and we are close to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and the Grosvenor Casino. Blackpool Tower and the town centre is only a short walk or you can ride down the promenade on one of Blackpools historic trams as far as Cleveleys or Fleetwood.

We are only a few minutes from the end of the M55 (close to Blackpools Bloomfield Road football ground). Blackpool South railway station and Lonsdale Road coach station are nearby. Blackpool North Railway Station, the Talbot Road coach station and Blackpool airport are only a short taxi ride away.
