Boulton House is located only 50 metres from the Promenade, close to the Central Pier and Blackpools town centre. Blackpool is a giant theme park that caters for all age groups and tastes and is the number one holiday resort in the UK. All Blackpools attractions - the Pleasure Beach, the miles of sandy beaches, markets, Stanley Park, pubs, clubs and nightclubs golf course, and the zoo can all be reached easily on foot, or a ride on one of Blackpools trams or open top buses. Blackpool is also a convenient base for day trips to the Lake District, Vale of Bowland, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester, which are all only an hours drive away.

Boulton House has 27 en suite bedrooms, all of which are centrally heated with complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and colour TV. A lift services all floors. We have a well stocked bar, pool table and gaming machine. We also arrange live entertainment.

We welcome couples, families with children of all ages and senior citizens. We accept advance bookings for groups up to 35. We will also accept one night bookings when available. We provide bed and breakfast or bed, breakfast and evening meal as requested.
