Ideally situated in the heart of Blackpool, the Ash Lea is located close to Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and only 10 minutes walk from the beach with its miles of golden sands, and, of course, the illuminations. Within a comfortable walking distance are the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld and Stanley Park. ...But we are far enough away to ensure an undisturbed peaceful night.

The Ash Lea has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suite. We have family, double, twin and single rooms on offer. All have been tastefully furnished for the comfort of our guests. All rooms are supplied with morning tea/coffee trays, soap and towels, hair-dryer and the use of ironing facilities. All rooms are serviced daily.

If you are celebrating a special anniversary or birthday book our executive suite. We can arrange chocolates, champarne, wine, flowers, cake or whatever will make that occasion extra special for you.

Our four course dinner is served at 5.00pm to give our guests ample time to be ready for a show or night on the town. The best local produce is used to create our home cooked dishes. And you can enjoy a glass of wine with your meal. In the evening you can relax in our Bubbles Bar. We stock a wide range of beers and spirits and also offer a range of bar snacks.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples, senior citizens and conference delegates. We are in the ideal location for dancers in tournaments at Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. Mixed groups up to 12 are accepted by advance registration only.
