Welcome to the Kirkstead. We pride ourselves on our clean, friendly, Blackpool Hotel which is located 200 metres from the promenade by Central Pier and the Foxhall Pub. We are in a quiet street, but only 10 minutes from Blackpool Tower and all the town centre attractions. The Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterworld are a stroll along the prom or a short ride on one of Blackpools trams. And of course the world famous Blackpool illuminations are at the end of Bairstow Street.

Street parking is available and we are within easy reach of Blackpools train and bus stations.

We recognise that every guest is different and your requirements are dependent on the time of your stay. So we are open all year for you and provide you with a home-from-home atmosphere.

We provide clean, comfortable accommodation - 5 family and 3 double standard rooms. All rooms have double glazing, tea/coffee facilities, colour TV and a wash basin. Most are double glazed. Some bedrooms are designated non-smoking. Hairdryers and irons are available on request.

The Kirkstead has a very pleasant licensed residents bar and dining room. Start your day with our full English breakfast. Evening dinners are available throughout the year, with your meals are cooked to order. Vegetarian diets catered for with advance notice.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples and senior citizens. Baby highchairs and cots are provided. We will accept bookings for mixed and single parties (up to 23) by advance registration only. One night bookings are accepted subject to availability.

The Kirkstead is open all year, including Christmas and New Year.
