Hotel California

The Hotel California is a family run Blackpool hotel under the personal supervision of the proprietors Dave and Vicki Roberts. Situated in central Blackpool in the very popular Hornby Road, the hotel is within easy reach of Blackpool Tower, the promenade and central pier, the illuminations, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre, Sea Life Centre amd all the many attractions offered by this wonderful resort.

All our 11 bedrooms are fully en suite, with the quality of our accommodation and the service we provide to our guests recognised by our Quality Plus accreditation. Our very convenient location is complemented by our 6 free off-road car parking places, but you advise to book early to secure your place.

Our bedrooms comprise 4 family rooms, 2 twins and 1 single. For the less physically able we have 1 family, 1 double and the single are on the ground floor. All rooms have central heating, TV and hospitality trays. Our bedrooms are designated non-smoking for the benefit of all our guests.

The Hotel California is in the ideal location for Blackpool family holidays - we welcome children of all ages, couples, senior citizens, conference delegates, business travellers and dance competitors. Mixed parties up to 25 are accepted by advance registration only. One night stays are accepted subject to availability.

We provide a full English breakfast, with an optional evening meal, which are served in our spacious dining room. Our traditional home cooking means our guests leaves their table feeling rather full. And, of course, you can enjoy a drink with your meal from our well stocked bar. You can also enjoy a drink in the pleasant and comfortable surroundings of our bar before you see a show or as a nightcap.

Our lounge enjoys the sun all day. For sports fans and soap lovers we have a large flat screen digital TV.

The Hotel California is open all year, including our New Year House Party. Out of season discounts and mid-week specials are offered.
