Barbara and Peter welcome you to the Fern Villa, our small very friendly hotel offering home from home hospitality. Our number one aim is to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as we possibly can. We are located in a prime position in Blackpool town centre with a view of Blackpool Tower from 2 of our bedrooms, the bar and dining room.

All our 7 bedrooms are fully en suite (1 on the ground floor) and we have parking places for 5 cars.

The Fern Villa is only 100 metres from the Promenade by Central Pier and close to the Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre, Sea Life, Coral Island and all the shops and markets. Our hotel is in the perfect location for the illuminations.

Tram and bus stops are nearby on the promenade for the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterworld, or to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. You can catch an open top bus to Stanley Park and Blackpool Zoo and Dinosaur Safari Park.

The Fern Villa has 7 en suite bedrooms: 5 family rooms and 2 doubles, with 1 family on the ground floor. All our rooms are of a good size, with central heating, double glazing, colour TV and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the rooms.

We offer a full English or continental breakfast. You can choose from our menu for your evening meal, with a glass of wine or a beer. You can while away the evening with us in our bar which has the atmosphere and decor of a country inn, or have a nightcap after a show.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples, senior citizens and conference delegates. Mixed groups up to 18 are accepted by advance registration only. One night booking s are accepted subject to availability.

Competitive rates are on offer, plus special early season deals for senior citizens. We are open all year, so join us for our Christmas and New Year house parties.
