A warm welcome awaits you at the Roachvale where Rob and Tina hope to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.We offer a clean and comfortable accommodation with the emphasis on a relaxed atmosphere. Having spent many holidays, as a couple and then as a family at Blackpool, we were hooked In 2004 we decided our love of the place would be complete by offering others a good old Blackpool break.

All our 7 bedrooms are ensuite, double glazed and centrally heated. They are equipped with clean linen, fresh towels, colour tv and tea/coffee making facilities.

We have the following bedroom types: • 5 X Double Bedrooms • 2 X Twin/Family Bedrooms The rooms are serviced on a daily basis. Hairdryers and ironing facilities on request

Breakfast is served 9-9.30 in our dining area: Orange Juice • Cereal • Our full English breakfast Toast and Jam/marmalade • Tea/Coffee Optional Evening Meal – book in advance

After a full day of enjoying the sights of Blackpool, why not chill out in our well stocked bar offering a range of draught beers, bottles, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

Located in the South Shore area of Blackpool adjacent to South Pier, The Grosvenor Casino, Sandcastle Water World and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. We're only a tram ride, horse-drawn carriage or leisurely stroll up the promenade from more of Blackpool's popular attractions.
